Position Description
The Center for Research in Mathematics (CIMAT, http://www.cimat.mx/) seeks researchers with a Ph.D. in Mathematics or a related discipline, with high potential in mathematical research, for up to three tenure-track positions, starting in 2025 or early 2026. We seek candidates committed to actively strengthening, expanding, or renewing our research areas, while also supporting the international reputation of our graduate programs. The call is open to all areas of mathematics, though priority will be given to those working in Dynamical Systems, Functional Analysis, Partial Differential Equations, and Topology, especially in innovative or interdisciplinary aspects within these fields. Selected candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to both research and teaching. The typical teaching load is one course per semester. CIMAT is part of the Public Research Centers coordinated by the National Council for Humanities, Science and Technology of México (CONAHCyT).
