Position Description
The 2025 PIMS-CRM summer school in Probability will take place at UBC in Vancouver from June 2 to 27. The school is aimed at graduate students and postdocs working in Probability theory. There will be full-length courses by Tom Hutchcroft and Mathav Murugan, and mini-courses, by Nathanael Berestycki, Nina Holden, and Tianyi Zheng. Interested participants may apply for funded accommodation in Vancouver for the duration of the summer school. Applications for this support should include: * a short cover letter expressing interest in the summer school, * CV (including publication list), * one letter of reference. Applications must be completed by December 15 for full consideration. Late applications may be considered. Participants from SLMath sponsor schools (https://www.slmath.org/academic-sponsors) should also apply for funding from SLMath (https://www.slmath.org/summer-schools/1071).
