Position Description

Applications are solicited for a three-year lectureship starting September 1, 2025. This is a non-tenure-track, full-time position with a teaching load of six-quarter courses per year. We invite applications from qualified mathematicians in all fields and the primary criterion for selection is teaching excellence. Preference will be given to those candidates whose teaching and research interests are compatible with current faculty. Candidates should have met all requirements for a Ph.D. by September 1, 2025. Salary

The base pay range for this position is $72,500.

This base pay range is for a nine-month academic appointment, and does not include summer salary.

The salary offered to the selected candidate is determined based on factors including (but not limited to) the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate including years since terminal degree, training, and field or discipline; departmental budget availability; internal equity; and external market pay for comparable jobs.
