Position Description

The college adheres to the talent team construction concept of "high-end leadership, team collaboration, simultaneous education, and integrated development", and aims to recruit talented individuals around the world, including excellent professors, young talents, pre-appointed and long-term teachers, and postdoctoral talents. 

1.Basic conditions 
Love the education industry, abide by laws and regulations, have good physical and mental health, conduct well, and have good professional ethics; be diligent in learning and innovation; be good at cooperation and dedication. Must have a doctoral degree in mathematics or statistics related majors and Academic and teaching levels recognized by the academic and teaching committees of the college. 

2.High level talent positions 
(1)The position of Zhishan Specially Appointed Professor (Outstanding Talent, Leading Talent, and Top Talent). The age of leading talents generally should be under 60 years old, and the age of top talents generally should be under 50 years old. Besides, a good academic reputation in the field of the discipline, well-known scholar or discipline leader, or middle-aged and young scholar with certain development potential in their respective professional fields is preferred. 
(2)Young talents position (A, B). The age of position A should not exceed 38 years old in principle, and position B should not exceed 35 years old. They should possess the potential to be selected for national or provincial-level talent projects; having 2-3 years of study or work experience at well-known universities and research institutions both at home and abroad; having achieved recognized academic achievements in the field of this discipline within past five years . High level talents are subject to an annual salary system, and corresponding job benefits are provided in accordance with school policies in terms of settling in fees, housing or purchasing subsidies, research start-up fees, platform construction fees, spouse work, children's enrollment (kindergarten), academic teams, and other aspects. In special circumstances or with particularly outstanding representative achievements, each case can be discussed. 

3.Pre-employment & permanent teacher position 
(1)Pre-employment (associate professor, assistant professor) positions. In principle, the age should not exceed 35 years old. The first degree is a full-time undergraduate degree, and both the master's and doctoral graduation schools should be well-known universities both domestically and internationally; Achieve representative achievements that meet the requirements of the position, such as papers and projects, with a certain degree of influence.
(2)Long term positions (professor, associate professor, assistant professor). The age of permanent professors should not exceed 45 years old, the age of permanent associate professors should not exceed 38 years old, and the age of permanent assistant professors should not exceed 33 years old; Graduation schools for undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs are all well-known universities both domestically and internationally; Achieve representative achievements recognized by peer experts such as papers and projects that meet the job requirements. Pre-employment and long-term teachers are all included in the career establishment, implementing an annual salary system, providing a one-time settlement fee, and enjoying benefits such as childcare and primary and secondary school enrollment. Those who are particularly outstanding can discuss each matter one by one. 

4. Postdoctoral positions
In principle, the duration of obtaining a doctoral degree should not exceed 3 years and the age should not exceed 35 years old; Achieve important innovative achievements in the field of this discipline and meet other conditions and requirements of cooperative mentors and research teams; Transfer personnel files to the school and engage in full-time postdoctoral work on campus. Implement an annual salary system and enjoy equal treatment with in-service teaching staff in terms of professional title evaluation, child enrollment, project application, etc; Those who pass the exit assessment and meet the entry requirements can be transferred to the pre-hired or permanent teacher position.
