Position Description
The Davies Fellowship is a three-year developmental opportunity for PhDs to develop as both researchers and educators. Throughout the three years, Davies Fellows spend one semester focused on teaching in a small classroom setting at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, while the other semester and summer are dedicated to performing cutting edge research with a team at the Army Research Labs. Davies Fellows are in-person positions in West Point, NY. In addition to a competitive salary, Davies Fellows participate in West Point's excellent faculty development through training and individualized mentorship.
