The IBS Center for Complex Geometry in Daejeon, Korea invites applicants for research fellowship positions.

The Center for Complex Geometry is located at the IBS headquarters in Daejeon, South Korea, a city of 1.5 million people. Its main research area covers complex algebraic geometry, complex differential geometry, analysis of several complex variables, and their interactions with other areas of mathematical sciences. 

Successful candidates are expected to have Ph. D. by December 1, 2025. The appointment is initially for two years and can be extended up to three more years after reviews of the research performance. The starting salary is no less than KRW 55,000,000. 

The expected appointment date for this position is December 1,2025 but the appointment before/after December 1 is also negotiable. However, the appointment offer may be withdrawn if the candidate cannot make it by March 1, 2026.
