Position Description:

We are pleased to announce exciting postdoctoral opportunities within the Inverse Problems and AI group at Sun Yat-sen University, Zhuhai Campus. Applications are invited from talented and motivated individuals passionate about advanced research in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Position Overview: - Duration: 2 years. - Research Areas: Positions are focused around Deep Learning and Inverse Problem Regularization. Successful candidates will engage in diverse projects ranging from provincial to national levels, in collaboration with multiple departments and industry partners. - Starting date: Open until all positions are filled. Compensation and Benefits: - Salary: Highly competitive by international standards, commensurate with qualifications. Candidates who obtained their Ph.D. from world-class universities may apply for the "Yixian Postdoctoral Program," offering enhanced compensation and the opportunity to directly transition into an Associate Professor role upon completion. - Additional Benefits: Includes social security, housing funds and annual performance bonuses.

Qualifications: - Ph.D. in Mathematics or a closely related discipline, preferably awarded within the past three years, and candidates ideally under 35 years old. However, those requirements may be relaxed for exceptional outstanding candidates. - Demonstrated experience in deep learning and/or inverse problems. - Proven ability to conduct independent research and effectively collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. - Basic programming skills are desirable.
