The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Boston University invites applications for part-time lecturer positions to teach one or more courses in our undergraduate curriculum. Available courses are primarily in the lower divisional studies, including Statistics I and II and Calculus for the Life and Social Sciences I and II. Our Department is committed to building a diverse community of scholars and invites applicants not only to share their thoughts on teaching but also to indicate ways in which they may be able to contribute to the creation of an equitable and inclusive community in the Department. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis through August 31st, 2025 or until positions are filled for the 2025/2026 Academic Year. BU conducts a background check on all final candidates for certain faculty and staff positions.
