Position Description
The Department of Mathematical Sciences at Central Connecticut State University is seeking to fill a one-year, full-time, non-tenure-track position in the department. The position carries no expectation of renewal beyond the first year.The successful applicant will be responsible for teaching approximately 12 load credit hours per semester. We are especially interested in applicants who have the expertise and experience to teach Linear Algebra, including theory and applications.

It is expected that the annual salary will be $70,000, assuming that the person hired holds a terminal degree and is hired at the rank of Assistant Professor. An applicant without a terminal degree may be hired at the rank of Instructor, with a lower salary. In any case, final decisions about hiring, including salary, are made by the Provost and President.
