Position Description:

The Department of Decision Sciences at HEC Montréal is seeking candidates for a tenure‐track position in financial engineering, beginning June 1, 2026. Qualifications – Candidates must: · Have completed or nearly completed a PhD in Mathematical finance or in a related field associated to Decision Sciences and/or finance. · Have a strong publication record in Mathematical finance and / or outstanding research potential. · Show an aptitude to supervise students at the MSc and PhD levels, and a desire to engage in one or more of our research groups. · Show excellent potential in teaching with demonstrated communication skills.
