Postdoctoral Fellowship in Topology and Representation Theory - Université Clermont Auvergne (Clermont-Ferrand, France)

We invite applications for a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in Topology and Representation Theory at the Laboratoire de Mathématiques Blaise Pascal, Université Clermont Auvergne (Clermont-Ferrand, France).

The duration of the fellowship is for 3 years, with a net salary of approximately 2400 euros per month. The position is funded by the ANR-24-CPJ1-0026-01 as part of the CPJ (Chaire de Professeur Junior) funding of Cristina Palmer-Anghel. The research activity and background of the candidate are expected to be in one of the following areas: topology with focus on the study of (quantum) knot and 3-manifold invariants, categorifications, or representation theory of quantum groups.

The position provides the opportunity to join an active research group and develop new collaborations. Financial funding for travel and research visits will be available.
