Position Description
Position: Assistant Researcher / Researcher Job Description: The Academy for multidisciplinary studies of Capital Normal University serves as a specialized hub for talent and disciplines, established to foster world-class mathematics discipline clusters. It integrates talent cultivation, scientific research, and social service into a synergistic and innovative whole. To gather outstanding global talents in mathematics and related fields, we are proud to present the Frontiers and Innovation in Mathematics and Multidisciplinary Sciences Sub-Forum, as part of the 2025 Capital Normal University International Forum for Distinguished Young Scholars. This forum is hosted by Capital Normal University and organized by the Academy for multidisciplinary studies, the School of Mathematical Sciences, and the Beijing National Center for Applied Mathematics. We sincerely invite exceptional young scholars from around the world to join us. Together, let us use mathematics as our common language, drive pioneering innovation across the multidisciplinary landscape, and tackle the defining scientific challenges of our time. Research Fields: Mathematics and Applied Mathematics Imaging Technology and its Mathematical Theory Artificial Intelligence and its Mathematical Foundations Mathematical and Statistical Methods for Big Data Analytics Mechanism and Data Modeling with Integrated Applications Requirements: Under 40 years of age (born after 1986/01/01?). Hold or be about to obtain a Ph.D. in mathematics or a closely related field from a world-renowned university or research institution. Have obtained recognized research achievements or demonstrate strong potential for future research excellence in mathematics, statistics, or related interdisciplinary areas.
