Position Description:

The CNRS and Laboratoire de Mathématiques d'Orsay, Université Paris-Saclay, are currently advertising at least one post-doctoral position in arithmetic geometry, algebraic K-theory, and related fields, funded by the ERC Consolidator Grant 101001474 Motivic Cohomology of Schemes (MoCoS) held by Matthew Morrow. Applicants should have some experience in arithmetic geometry and/or algebraic K-theory in a broad sense. The successful candidate will join the arithmetic and algebraic geometry group at Orsay.

The intended duration of the position is Autumn 2026 - Autumn 2027 but the precise dates are flexible, and an extension to a second year might be possible depending on funding availability.
There are no teaching responsabilities.
The salary is of the order of 3081 to 4291 euros per month (before deductions for tax and social security), depending on experience.
A grant of at least 3000 euros per year for research related travel expenses will be provided.
