The Erdős Center of the Rényi Institute in Budapest, Hungary, invites applications for postdoctoral positions in conjunction with the upcoming Simons Semester in Algebraic Geometry, taking place from August to December, 2026, seeApplicants must already be in possession of a PhD degree or obtain their PhD by August 1, 2026.
The positions come with no teaching duties. Candidates are not required to speak Hungarian.
The gross salary will be 1.100.000 HUF per month. The duration of stay of the postdoctoral position is between 4-12 months.
Tentative start date August 1, 2026.
