Chair Professor (Hongyi Program)​​

Qualifications: 

lCurrently be a high-level leading scientist

lHave achieved research results recognized by the domestic and international academic community

lEnjoy a high reputation and influence in the field

lGenerally be under 60 years of age

Salary & Research Funding: 

lUniversity-provided annual salary starting from RMB 900,000 pre-tax

lResearch funding negotiated case-by-case

lPeriodic support from the Lei Jun Special Allowance

lAdditional research performance bonuses and bonuses for high-level achievements

Team Building: 

lFor the first 4 years of the appointment, the University will separately provide 2 annual doctoral student recruitment quotas (including research doctoral quotas), with additional doctoral quotas from the School’s allocation
