Position Description
- A Master’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematics Education or a closely related field with at least 18 graduate hours in mathematics. Candidates whose degree is in a closely related field must meet SACS accreditation standards to teach in a mathematics department.
- Previous undergraduate teaching experience as an instructor of record (or comparable experience).
- A Ph.D. in Mathematics or a related area.
- A curriculum vitae.
- A cover letter outlining specific academic and professional experiences relevant for appointment (The cover letter must specifically address interest in these non-tenure track positions).
- A teaching statement.
- Unofficial transcripts from all degree-granting institutions (all in one document).
