Position Description

The School of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China is pleased to announce several PhD positions, commencing in September 2026.

Successful applicants will receive a full scholarship covering tuition and living costs and conduct research under the supervision of experienced faculty.

Candidate Profile:

Ideal applicants will hold, or be about to complete, a Master’s degree (or an outstanding first-class Bachelor’s degree) in Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related discipline. A strong academic record and demonstrable research potential are essential.
