Position Description:

At the University of Göttingen -Public Law Foundation-, Mathematisches Institut, there is a position as

to be filled. Starting date is 10/1/2026. The position is for two years. If desired, a starting date of April 1, 2027, is also possible.

Your duties • University teaching as defined in Section 31 of the Higher Education Act of Lower Saxony (NHG) • Work on the research area of Prof. Dr. Ralf Meyer

Your profile • Completed university degree in mathematics • Doctoral degree in mathematics • Research experience in the field of C*-algebras or noncommutative geometry, supported by relevant publications • Language proficiency in English or German • Teaching experience is desirable
