The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Vermont is seeking applicants for a non-tenure-track position at the rank of Lecturer, with duties to start in late August of 2018.

The applicant must have an earned M.S. or Ph.D. in Mathematics or a closely related area, a strong teaching record, and the ability to teach a variety of mathematics courses effectively. Prior experience teaching mathematics is essential, and prior experience or willingness to teach in hybrid or online formats is a plus. In addition to teaching, a modest amount of service and academic advising is also expected. This is a full-time, non-tenure-track, continuing position for 9-months per year. Opportunities for teaching additional summer or online courses may be available for further compensation.
