Applications are invited for one postdoctoral fellow in graph theory in the Department of Mathematics at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) (https://www.torontomu.ca/) to begin on September 1, 2023. The research will be led jointly by Dr. Anthony Bonato and Dr. Michelle Delcourt at TMU, and Dr. Shahin Kamali at York University. This position provides an opportunity to engage in research in Mathematics and is suited for talented mathematicians who have recently completed their Ph.D. The salary is competitive, with funding provided for a year and with the potential for renewal for a second year.

The applicant should have a Ph.D. in Mathematics or Computer Science. The ideal candidate would have expertise in one or more of the areas of interest to the above-mentioned researchers, such as extremal and structural graph theory, and pursuit-evasion games on graphs. The position is open to candidates of any nationality, and selection will be based on the candidate's research record and potential.
