The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of South Alabama invites applications for a full-time (9 month), tenure-track assistant professor position in mathematics, starting August 15, 2021.

Applicants must possess an earned doctoral degree in mathematics or a closely related field by the starting date of the appointment. Applicants should have a strong commitment to both research and teaching.

Review of applications will begin on February 1, 2021, and will continue until the position is filled.
