The Department of Mathematics is seeking to hire a Postdoctoral Scholar with expertise in global analysis and index theory, and the ability pursue research topics involving hypoelliptic operators. Applicants must have recently completed a Ph.D. and have exceptional research potential. Teaching may be required. This is a non-tenure track appointment that is funded for one year from the hire date with an excellent possibility of re-funding. A Ph.D. in mathematics is required.
