The Department of Applied Mathematics at National Sun Yat-sen University invites applications to fill a full-time faculty position (subject to the approval by the University) beginning August 1, 2019. Recent PhDs with exceptional potential at the rank of assistant professor and/or internationally well-established senior candidates at the rank of associate or full professor will be considered. A successful candidate must have a doctorate in mathematics or statistics, and should have strong research record and excellence in teaching. All areas of mathematics, applied mathematics, scientific computing and statistics will be considered.
