WAKE FOREST UNIVERSITY Department of Mathematics and Statistics invites applications for several Visiting Assistant Professor positions in Statistics beginning July 2022. We seek highly qualified candidates who have a commitment to excellence in teaching. A Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related area is preferred but exceptional candidates with a Master’s degree in Statistics, or a related area, will also be considered.

The department currently has twelve permanent members in Statistics. The department will offer B.S. degrees in Statistics, Applied Statistics, and Mathematical Business. The department also has a graduate program offering an M.S. in Statistics and a Graduate Certificate in Data Science. The teaching load for this position is three courses per semester.
