One Year Assistant Professor of Mathematics

Utica College, a small comprehensive college in Upstate New York, seeks applications for a One Year, non-tenure track Assistant Professor of Mathematics in its Department of Mathematics. Minimum qualifications include an M.S. in Mathematics, preferably with a focus on Mathematics Education. Responsibilities of the position involve teaching four courses each semester and coordinating sections of our core courses for non-majors. Candidates must also be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to undergraduate education, particularly at the developmental level. The successful candidate will teach in a student-centered small department and contribute to the activities of the department.
