The Institute for Advanced Study in Mathematics of HIT (IASM) invites applications for various positions at different levels. This includes postdoctoral positions, tenure-track positions, tenured positions and positions for distinguished professorship. At the time of hiring, candidates are expected to have a Ph.D. degree in Mathematics and for tenure-track positions or higher, at least two years of postdoctoral experience is expected. IASM will provide very competitive starting salary, benefits and research grant for successful candidates. Outstanding candidates will be encouraged to apply for the national talent recruitment program. For tenured professorship, the agreement on the salary, housing and grant is on a case by case basis. Successful candidates for postdoctoral positions are not required to teach and the teaching duty for other candidates is minimal, usually one course for each academic year.
