The Department of Mathematics, Temple University, is inviting applications for a postdoctoral position. This is a non-tenure-track appointment. The appointment is for four years, to start on July 1st, 2023.

This research position is part of a US-German Collaboration toward a biophysically principled network model of transcranial magnetic stimulation. The ideal candidate will have profound knowledge of numerical and computational methods for solving partial differential equations (PDEs), and an interest in developing mathematical theory and numerical methods for solving nonlinear PDEs on complex domains with nonlinear interface conditions.

The position also carries a teaching load of one course per semester.
