Assistant Professor, Tenure Track Cryptography College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Department of Mathematics Primary Responsibilities - Teach a variety of lower and upper-level mathematics courses
with an emphasis on undergraduate and graduate cryptography courses
- Conduct research to support professional development growth
- Serve on departmental, college, and university committees
- Advise mathematics majors
- Supervise undergraduate and graduate research/theses
Required Qualifications - Ph.D. in Mathematics or a related field with a strong
background/interest in teaching cryptography (Degree must be from a regionally
accredited or internationally accredited/government certified university)
- Demonstrated record of successful teaching, research and
service
- Demonstrated commitment to collegiality when interacting
with others within the university community
- Demonstrated commitment to a diverse work environment,
including working with multi-cultural populations and an understanding of, and
sensitivity to, issues affecting women and minorities
