The Department of Applied Mathematics at Illinois Institute of Technology invites applications for a non-tenure-track, open-rank, teaching faculty position to begin in the fall semester of 2023.

Duties for this position include teaching three courses per semester, course leadership, curriculum development, and other departmental services primarily focused on undergraduate education.

Candidates are expected to have a Ph.D. in mathematics (or related area) by August 1st, 2023 and to provide evidence of excellence in teaching and service. The position will initially be a two-year appointment, with the possibility for renewal based on the performance and budgetary considerations.
