The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Swarthmore College invites applications for a 3-year Visiting Assistant Professor position in Mathematics beginning Fall 2022. We seek candidates with an interest and demonstrated ability to teach at both the introductory and advanced undergraduate level, in a manner that speaks to and motivates undergraduates from diverse backgrounds. The teaching load is four courses a year, normally divided equally between the two semesters. Candidates should have a PhD in hand by Fall 2022.
