Postdoctoral (Visiting Assistant Professor) (PD): The School of Mathematics at Georgia Tech invites applications for post-doctoral research and teaching positions for Fall 2018. These positions are intended for recent PhDs and priority will be given to those candidates who: (1) show the potential to carry out research of exceptional quality at Georgia Tech; (2) complement existing strengths in the School of Mathematics; and (3) have a demonstrated commitment to high quality teaching. Consistent with these priorities, candidates will be considered in all areas of Pure and Applied Mathematics and Statistics. Applications by highly qualified candidates from groups underrepresented in the mathematical sciences are particularly encouraged. Applications should consist of a curriculum vitae, including lists of publications, a summary of future research plans, and at least three letters of reference. A Ph.D. (or its equivalent) in Mathematics or a closely related field is required. Applications should also include evidence of teaching interest, abilities, related experience.
