The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Vermont is seeking applicants for a one-year postdoc position in applied mathematics, working with Professor Jianke Yang. The position can start any time, with earlier start date preferred. The salary level depends on the applicant’s qualifications. This position may be renewed, depending on performance and continued external funding. Health and dental insurance are provided. The applicant must have an earned Ph.D. in nonlinear waves or nonlinear optics by the time the position begins.
