The Computer Science Department at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia invites applications for lecture track faculty to begin in Spring or Fall 2022.  Appointments are for three-year terms as Lecturer or five-year terms as Senior Lecturer and are renewable within the Lecture Track, which carries full benefits, governance rights and responsibilities as described in the Emory College Lecture Track Guidelines: http://college.emory.edu/faculty/faculty/promotion-lecture-track.html

Applicants should have a PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline, and outstanding teaching, advising, and service credentials (or potential) related to our undergraduate programs.  Responsibilities include 1) teaching five courses per year; 2) student advising and mentoring; 3) curriculum enhancement; and 4) supporting the educational mission of the College through program participation. Research is not a required element in the LTF track, but all forms of intellectual explorations and scholarly activities are strongly encouraged and supported.
