The Department of Mathematics seeks to fill one tenure-track position in the area of Algebra at the Assistant Professor level, beginning August 2023. Candidates must have a PhD in mathematics; demonstrated research potential; and commitment to excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate level. Post-doctoral experience is strongly preferred. Successful candidates are expected to pursue independent research.
