Tenure-Track Assistant Professor - in Mathematical Biology and Network Science The Mathematics Department at the University of Houston invites applications from candidates working at the interface of applied mathematics, mathematical biology, and network science for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position. We are particularly interested in someone with expertise in mathematical biology and network science who could further develop the strengths of the department but would also establish connections with researchers at the Department of Biology and Biochemistry, the Department of Biomedical Engineering, the UH Medical School, and the larger community in the Texas Medical Center in Houston. The Mathematics Department is seeking outstanding candidates with the potential for exceptional research, excellence in teaching, and a clear commitment to enhancing the diversity of the faculty, graduate and undergraduate student population.
