The Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Mount Allison University invites applications for one or two full-time nine-month sessional positions to teach Mathematics. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Mathematics and have a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching. The successful candidate(s) will teach four undergraduate courses in mathematics (two courses per term). Potential courses include Functions (Math 1011), Calculus (Math 1111), Multivariable Calculus (Math 2111), Real Analysis (Math 3111), Number Theory (Math 3231), History of Mathematics (Math 3031), and Probability and Statistics I and II (Math 3311 and 4321). The appointment will be made at the rank of Lecturer or Assistant Professor and will commence on August 1, 2018, subject to budgetary approval.
