The Department of Mathematics at Ben Gurion University, Israel, invites applications for postdoctoral fellowships for the 2011/12 academic year. Candidates should have completed recently (not more than 4 years ago), or be about to complete, a Ph.D. in mathematics. Postdoctoral fellows are expected to cooperate with members of the department or with the research groups within the department.
Two types of positions are being offered:
Non-Teaching Positions, sponsored by the Center for Advanced Studies in Mathematics.
Teaching Positions: Candidates capable of teaching in Hebrew can apply for one or more teaching postdoctoral fellowships.
Review of applications will begin on December 31 and will continue until all positions are filled. The fellowships start on October 1.
