The School of Computing and Data Science at Wentworth Institute of Technology invites applications for an open-rank full-time faculty position beginning Fall 2022 to teach in our Applied Mathematics and Data Science programs, to conduct research, and to serve the University. The typical teaching load is three 4-credit courses in each of the fall and spring semesters with opportunities for summer teaching. Although the primary mission of the faculty is teaching, they are also expected to engage in research and perform service to the University, such as developing curricula and a new undergraduate program in Data Science and advising. The School of Computing and Data Science has undergraduate programs in Computer Science, Computer Networking, Cybersecurity, and Applied Mathematics and has recently launched graduate programs in Applied Computer Science, Data Science, and Business Analytics.
