In the last 12 months, 1225 employers from 242 states in 49 countries have used the service for 3129 job ads (with 1981 ads-only, 188 encouraging URMs to apply, and 1352 posted in the last 2 months; viewed 9022724 times); 44683 unique users have logged in; 5654 applicants have been on the 'Job Wanted' list, with 1449 in the Minority Registry; 13793 have registered as new applicants (with 1452 in the last 2 months) or updated their profiles; 9574 applicants have uploaded 186492 new documents; 9298 applicants have submitted 112934 new applications (with 6774 in the last 2 months,) with an average of 12.15 positions applied per applicant; 25285 reference writers have used the system, with 18319 reference writers uploaded 30816 new letters.
