In the last 12 months, 1149 employers from 243 states in 54 countries have used the service for 2528 job ads (with 1603 ads-only, 266 encouraging URMs to apply, and 898 posted in the last 2 months; viewed 9181161 times); 46979 unique users have logged in; 4344 applicants have been on the 'Job Wanted' list, with 1127 in the Minority Registry; 15278 have registered as new applicants (with 1422 in the last 2 months) or updated their profiles; 10483 applicants have uploaded 207080 new documents; 10336 applicants have submitted 120968 new applications (with 3828 in the last 2 months,) with an average of 11.70 positions applied per applicant; 26114 reference writers have used the system, with 19207 reference writers uploaded 33521 new letters.
