In the last 12 months, 1224 employers from 240 states in 48 countries have used the service for 3167 job ads (with 2003 ads-only, 192 encouraging URMs to apply, and 1353 posted in the last 2 months; viewed 8978010 times); 44736 unique users have logged in; 5654 applicants have been on the 'Job Wanted' list, with 1447 in the Minority Registry; 13815 have registered as new applicants (with 1464 in the last 2 months) or updated their profiles; 9592 applicants have uploaded 186222 new documents; 9314 applicants have submitted 112872 new applications (with 7120 in the last 2 months,) with an average of 12.12 positions applied per applicant; 25278 reference writers have used the system, with 18251 reference writers uploaded 30704 new letters.
