A doctoral degree is required at the time of appointment. Candidates for senior positions must have an established strong record of research and leadership in their research areas. Salary, and start-up fund for long-term appointment, are highly competitive and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Regular faculty members (tenured and tenure-track) will be provided housing (on-campus or off-campus) with heavily subsidized rent, as well as funding from various talent programs offered by the Shenzhen Municipal Government if eligible.
