About the School of Mathematical Sciences The School of Mathematical Sciences at Zhejiang University of Technology is an established school as of 2024. It originated from the Department of Applied Mathematics within the School of Science, which was founded in 2000. Talent Training System: The school offers a comprehensive "undergraduate - master - doctor" talent training system. Currently, it hosts a postdoctoral research station in mathematics, a first - level doctoral program in mathematics, and a first - level master's program in mathematics. It offers three undergraduate majors: Information and Computing Science (a national first - class major), Mathematics and Applied Mathematics (a first - class major in Zhejiang Province), and Data Science and Big Data Technology.
