Responsibilities: Teach graduate courses in mathematics, especially in algebra, and general undergraduate mathematics courses. The standard teaching assignment in the department is 12 (twelve) credit hours per year, but the teaching load for the first two years at FSU will be reduced to 9 (nine) credit hours per year to allow the candidate more time to develop their research program. Supervise Ph.D. students and serve on Ph.D. committees. Perform research in Mathematics. Perform service to the school and college. Required Qualifications: Ph.D. in Mathematics or a related field. Other Special Skills or Requirements: Postdoctoral experience related to mathematics. This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check. The background check will be conducted as authorized and in accordance with University Policy 4-OP-C-7-B11.Application Materials Required:
