Position Description
A two-year postdoctoral position at ICMAT is offered for a researcher in mathematics with an excellent track record. There are no teaching duties, and the position includes travel funding. The supervisor will be Professor Alberto Enciso, who leads the team funded by the ERC Consolidator Grant FLUSPEC – Analysis of geometry-driven phenomena in fluid mechanics, PDEs and spectral theory. Aspiring candidates should have a solid background and significant research experience in one of the main topics of the project: mathematical fluid mechanics, dispersive equations, spectral theory or geometric analysis.
