Position Description
The Department of Pure Mathematics at the University of Waterloo invites applications for a two-year Faculty of Mathematics Prestigious Postdoctoral Fellowship to begin on July 1, 2024. The duties are to engage in research activities within the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Waterloo. The salary will be $75,000 CAD plus a $15,000 research grant. No teaching is required of a successful candidate, but teaching up to two courses per year may be arranged for additional pay by mutual arrangement. Preference will be given to applicants whose research interests and expertise fit within one of the research groups in the department and whose application is supported by a potential supervisor in the department.
