We invite applications for a PhD position in the research group differential geometry of the Institute of Mathematics at the Goethe University Frankfurt. Thesis advisor will be Prof. Andreas Bernig. Good knowledge in differential and/or integral geometry is required. Possible topics of the thesis are in convex and integral geometry; geometric inequalities; valuations on manifolds.

Starting date is April 1, 2025 or later. Teaching load 3 hours/week. The salary will be 75% of an E13 position. See the official announcement at the Goethe University for details. Deadline for applications is November 15, 2024. Interviews will take place late November.
